Will Mawson was designer and project architect for the conversion of a dilapidated industrial unit was completed within a tight programme and budget of £300K creating a new business school.

A reminder of the building’s industrial past was retained by highlighting structural members and the impressive ceiling height used to effect in the central project space. The building is shared by a number of local schools educating the business people of tomorrow.
